In 1992, our company established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan whereby employees share in our success and enjoy financial rewards for working efficiently, carefully and creatively.

All employees of BR Associates, Inc. may become eligible to participate in the E.S.O.P. at no cost to the employee. Our company makes all contributions to the Plan, and the actual amount of benefits received will depend upon the individual’s length of employ-ment and the value of the company’s stock as determined by an independent appraisal.
