With more than
40 years in the restaurant industry, BR Associates proudly enjoys a
reputation for keeping abreast with the times. We vow to uphold this
reputation as we head into the 21st century by employing the most
qualified individuals.
Our highly competent office support personnel are adept at handling a wide variety of responsibilities. As further evidence of our commitment to progress, we are totally self-contained with all accounting, real estate development, marketing, insurance, data processing and administrative functions being performed by the staff at our corporate headquarters in Jasper, Indiana. In addition to providing support for our restaurants, we also perform accounting, payroll and administrative functions for outside companies, particularly organizations affiliated with the fast food industry. For instance, SIDAL, Inc., owned and operated by Al and Sid Ruckriegel, utilizes the vast resources of our office staff to enhance service operations in their Rally’s Hamburgers and Papa John’s Pizza restaurants. We are very proud of the fact that 75% of our supervisory staff have been promoted from within our organization, and the average longevity of our supervisory personnel is 12.75 years. |
